While still in the planning stages due to Covid, we'd like to hear from crafters (Colorado folks only, please) who potentially want to participate in a Covid-compliant Bazaar. Please email your interest to grand.arts.council@gmail.com.  Thanks!

Don’t miss this chance to walk off Thanksgiving dinner and shop early for your holiday gifts. All made from Colorado vendors. You can stuff stockings with the handmade soaps or keep your hands warm with the wool and fleece mittens, buy your favorite gal Christmas earrings or her perfect native stone necklace. Refreshments and homemade treats to keep your stomach filled. Two days to shop! Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. No admission charge.

Friday, November 27th: 10am to 5pm
Saturday, November 28th: 10am to 4pm

The Grand Arts Council is a strong supporter of the arts in education. A scholarship fund is being set up with the goal of being able to offer up to two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors from each of the Grand County high schools every year. Application for the funds must take at least place 6 months prior to graduation. The student must be pursuing a college degree with an emphasis on the arts in some form. This can be fine art, music, education, culinary, dramatic or any other field that relates to the arts.

We are actively seeking donations to create this fund. Please consider earmarking your donation to the Grand Arts Council for the scholarship fund. Once you make your donation, please follow up with an email designating this preference. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated.
